When intelligence, competence and nobility finds itself under the rule of stupidity, ineptness and ignobility

   What happens when the competent are under the rule of the 
   inept?  The intelligent under the rule of the stupid?  The 
   noble under the rule of the ignoble.  We live in a complex 
   world where everyone is under the authority of someone else.  
   We have the boss-employee relationship, the husband-wife 
   relationship, the parent-child relationship, the teacher-
   student relationship, the officer-soldier relationship, etc..  
   One person makes the decisions and gives the orders and the 
   other person is supposed to obey.  What happens when the 
   intelligent, competent and noble are under the rule of the 
   stupid, inept and ignoble?  Frustration.  You can't argue, 
   answer back or complain.  You just have to endure.  And for 
   those in this world with sense, judgment and intelligence this 
   is a very common problem.
