You are what you eat

   You are what you eat.  If you eat trash out of the trash can 
   and gutter that is what you will be.  If you fill your mind 
   with pornography that is what you will be.  If you dine on 
   obscene movies, cheap novels, and filth that is what you will 
   be.  If you live on trite, superficial and worthless TV 
   programs, books and magazines that is what you will be.  On the 
   other hand if you fill your mind with high caliber works of 
   literature and human thought that is what you will be. 

   You are what you eat and what you eat shows what you are.  You 
   eat what you like. You eat what you choose. You eat what you 
   are interested in.  What you eat shows what you are.
