On malice, spite, revenge, vengeance

   Lev 19:18 Thou shall not avenge, nor bear any grudge against
   the children of thy people, but thou shall love thy neighbor as
   thyself.

   Prov 25:21-22   If thy enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat;
   and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink; for you shall
   heap coals of fire upon his head, and the Lord shall reward thee.

   Prov 24:29 Say not, I will do to him as he hath done to me; I
   will render to the man according to his work.

   Prov 20:22 Say not thou, I will recompense evil; but wait on
   the Lord, and he will save thee.

   Matthew 5:38-47 You have heard that it was said, "An eye
   for an eye and a tooth for a tooth." But I tell you not
   to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right
   cheek, turn the other to him also. If anyone wants to sue
   you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also.
   And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two.
   Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to
   borrow from you do not turn away. You have heard that it
   was said, "You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy."
   But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who
   curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those
   who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be
   sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the
   evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the
   unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward
   have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And
   if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than
   others? Do not even the tax collectors do so?

   Eph 4:31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and
   clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all
   malice:

   Col 3:8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath,
   malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

   1 Cor 5:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old
   leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but
   with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

   1 Cor 14:20 Brethren, be not children in understanding:
   howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.

   Rom 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. {19} Dearly
   beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto
   wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay,
   saith the Lord.

   Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against
   all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth
   in unrighteousness; {29} Being filled with all unrighteousness,
   fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of
   envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, {30}
   Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters,
   inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, {31} Without
   understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection,
   implacable, unmerciful: {32} Who knowing the judgment of God,
   that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not
   only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

   Gal 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which
   are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
   {20} Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath,
   strife, seditions, heresies, {21} Envyings, murders,
   drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you
   before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which
   do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

   1 Th 5:15   See that none render evil for evil unto any man;
   but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and
   to all men.

   James 2:13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that
   hath showed no mercy;

   1 Pet 2:1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile,
   and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,

   1 Pet 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for
   railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are
   thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

   1 John 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother,
   he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath
   seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
