On Spiritual Transformation and Regeneration

   

   John 3:3-8   Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, 
   I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the 
   kingdom of God. {4} Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be 
   born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his 
   mother's womb, and be born? {5} Jesus answered, Verily, verily, 
   I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the 
   Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. {6} That which 
   is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the 
   Spirit is spirit. {7} Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must 
   be born again. {8} The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou 
   hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, 
   and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the 
   Spirit. 

   John 4:14   But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall 
   give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give 
   him shall be in him a well of water springing up into 
   everlasting life. 

   John 5:24   Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my 
   word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, 
   and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death 
   unto life. 

   John 6:51   I am the living bread which came down from heaven: 
   if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the 
   bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the 
   life of the world. 

   John 8:12   Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the 
   light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in 
   darkness, but shall have the light of life. 

   John 10:9   I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall 
   be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 

   Mat 13:23   But he that received seed into the good ground is 
   he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also 
   beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some 
   sixty, some thirty. 

   Mat 18:3   Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and 
   become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom 
   of heaven. 

   Rom 6:6   Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, 
   that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we 
   should not serve sin. 

   Rom 6:12-13   Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, 
   that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. {13} Neither yield 
   ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but 
   yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the 
   dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto 
   God. 

   Rom 6:22   But now being made free from sin, and become 
   servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end 
   everlasting life. 

   Rom 8:5-6   For they that are after the flesh do mind the 
   things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the 
   things of the Spirit. {6} For to be carnally minded is death; 
   but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 

   Rom 8:9   But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so 
   be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not 
   the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 

   Rom 8:13-14   For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but 
   if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye 
   shall live. {14} For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, 
   they are the sons of God. 

   Rom 12:2   And be not conformed to this world: but be ye 
   transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove 
   what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 

   1 Cor 2:12   Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, 
   but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things 
   that are freely given to us of God. 

   1 Cor 2:14   But the natural man receiveth not the things of 
   the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither 
   can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 

   2 Cor 4:6   For God, who commanded the light to shine out of 
   darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the 
   knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 

   2 Cor 5:17   Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new 
   creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are 
   become new. 

   Eph 2:1   And you hath he quickened, who were dead in 
   trespasses and sins: 

   Eph 4:21-24   If so be that ye have heard him, and have been 
   taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: {22} That ye put off 
   concerning the former conversation the old man, which is 
   corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; {23} And be renewed 
   in the spirit of your mind; {24} And that ye put on the new 
   man, which after God is created in righteousness and true 
   holiness. 

   Col 3:9-10   Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put 
   off the old man with his deeds; {10} And have put on the new 
   man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that 
   created him: 

   1 Pet 1:23   Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of 
   incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for 
   ever. 

   2 Pet 1:3-4   According as his divine power hath given unto us 
   all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the 
   knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: {4} 
   Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious 
   promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine 
   nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world 
   through lust. 

   1 John 5:4   For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the 
   world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even 
   our faith. 

   1 John 5:12   He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath 
   not the Son of God hath not life. 

   Psa 36:9   For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light 
   shall we see light. 

   Psa 51:10   Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a 
   right spirit within me. 

   Prov 4:23   Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it 
   are the issues of life. 

   Prov 12:28   In the way of righteousness is life; and in the 
   pathway thereof there is no death. 

   Prov 14:27   The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to 
   depart from the snares of death. 

   Ezek 18:31   Cast away from you all your transgressions, 
   whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a 
   new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
