You don't believe in a God? Explain this.
God made a promise to Abraham. He said, "Get out of your
country, from your family and from your father's house, to a
land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I
will bless you and make your name great; And you shall be a
blessing: I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse
him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth
shall be blessed." (the later, a prophesy of the coming of
Jesus). Genesis 12:1-3. After God led the children of Israel
out of the land of Egypt he said to them, "For the Lord your
God will bless you just as he promised you; you shall lend to
many nations, but you shall not borrow; you shall reign over
many nations, but they shall not reign over you." Deut 15:6.
You tell me you don't believe in a God? I would like the
atheist or agnostic to explain the phenomenon of the Jew to me.
We all know the wealth, power and influence of the Jew in the
world today. We know how the Jews just mysteriously rise up
to the top in wealth, power and influence in nations around the
world. It is not a new phenomenon. It has been happening for
ages. We can go all the way back to the story of Joseph and
how he rose to the top in the land of Egypt. It is an
interesting story. Read it. Genesis 37-47. Then there is the
story of Moses. Another very interesting story. A Jew raised
as the son of a Pharaoh. There is the story of Daniel. And
the story of Easter and Mordecai. These stories are from way
back then. The story just keeps repeating. Different
countries, different times, same story. It is all just luck.
Right? The Jews are just a very lucky people. In fact, they
are a chosen people. Chosen by God. The promise, "you shall
lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow." A very
interesting promise. Think it over. Has God kept his promise
to Abraham?
It sounds like the Jews are getting some mysterious help from
somewhere. Doesn't it?
The Jews and their story stand as testimony to the Most High
God. He is up there. No doubt about it.
There is a God, my atheist friend. You just don't believe in
him because you don't wish to believe in him. That is a
terrible mistake. A really fatal mistake.
