You see life according to how you yourself are

   You see life according to how you yourself are. If you are a 
   good person you will attract good people, repel bad people, and 
   life will look at least halfway good to you.  If you are a bad 
   person you will attract bad people, repel good people, and life 
   will look pretty dismal to you.  Your view of life is 
   reinforced and confirmed by the type of people you associate 
   with.  If you associate with people of morals and principles 
   you will see life in one way; if you associate with people 
   devoid of morals or principles you will see life in a very 
   different way.
