   Some people have a strong dislike of waste.  They tend to 
   develop habits that are efficient with regard to effort, 
   motion, money, time, etc..  They continually monitor their 
   behavior and modify it for maximum efficiency.  It becomes a 
   deep part of their personality and reveals itself in many ways.  
   They reflect over the most efficient ways of doing things and 
   efficiency becomes a governing principle in their conduct. 

  Efficiency.  Getting the most out of the resources that you 
   have at your disposal.  Efficient use of resources.  Making the 
   best use of what you have. 

  Frugality.  Efficiency with regard to the use of money.
