My personal regimen for good health

    I follow a personal regimen for the sake of good health.  What 
    is it? 

        - I walk four miles a day, five days a week

        - I do 15 or 20 minutes of back exercises daily

        - I follow a low-fat diet by:
             - using 1% milk
             - avoiding red meat
             - limiting my consumption of nuts
             - eating meatless meals much of the time (vegetarian 

        - I drink only water (avoiding all soft drinks, as well as 
             coffee and tea) 

        - I avoid all junk food

        - I take 1000 mg of vitamin C, 400 au of vitamin E, and a 
             multiple vitamin daily

        - I minimize my intake of salt, never putting a salt 
             shaker on the table 

        - I minimize my consumption of eggs, using them only when 
             required in recipes
