      -  trust (How do you get trust?  You earn it.  You merit 
          it.) 

      -  respect (How do you get respect?  You earn it.  You merit 
          it.) 

      -  cordiality, friendliness, a pleasant disposition

      -  flexibility, patience

      -  peaceableness, love of peace and harmony

      -  compatibility on important issues such as spending money 
          and raising children
