If homosexual sex is OK, then it follows logically that the God of the Bible is a fraud and the Bible is a fraud
The position of the Bible in regard to homosexual sex is crystal clear. It is gross sin, sin of the highest magnitude. God called it an abomination and specified the death penalty for it (Lev 20:13). If, as many people in our world now contend, homosexual sex is OK and not wrong, then it follows logically and directly that the God of the Bible (i.e. Jehovah God) is a fraud and an imposter, that he is not really the supreme God of the Universe as he claimed. For if he is the supreme God of the Universe, what he says is right, and homosexual sex is high sin. If he is a fraud and a fake, then the Bible is lot of foolishness, Jesus Christ was also a fraud, and Christianity and Judaism are both fraudulent religions.
There is now a great tide in the western world toward acceptance of homosexual sex, towards legitimizing it, towards considering it OK. People who call themselves Christians are not standing up for the Biblical position and calling it sin. They are not being true to their God. Many are even going along with the crowd, and accepting the view being pushed by the gays and embraced by the society at large, that it is OK. Jesus said, “Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me, and of my words, in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father, with the holy Angels.” What do you think he meant by this? He meant that the person who does not have the courage to stand up for God’s truth in this wicked world, for that person he will not stand up in that final Day of Judgment. Christianity in America today is very shallow and superficial. It is mostly talk, words and ideas. It lacks depth, strength and conviction. It lacks serious attention to the following of the teachings of Jesus, to the practice of Christianity. You cannot follow Jesus and His way and also condone homosexuality. The two are mutually exclusive.
